How do I use the energy pack?

For the upper body: place the fingertips of the right hand on the north side of one magnet (marked with an N) and the fingertips of the left hand on the south side of the other magnet, thumbs not touching. For the lower body: place the tips of the toes of the right foot on the north side of a magnet (marked with an N) and the tips of the toes of the left foot on the south side of the other magnet. For the whole body: place the right hand on the north side of one magnet and the left foot on the south side of the other magnet, or vice versa, i.e. south under the left hand and north under the right foot.

How long do you use it for? How many days?

The regularity of the sessions is as important as their duration. We recommend daily sessions to help avoid blockages and restore and preserve magnetic balance. Start with sessions of 3 to 5 minutes and gradually increase as needed. Generally speaking, you should allow 10 to 30 minutes per session. Each user will take into account his or her own sensitivity and receptivity and will find the energy he or she needs. There is no maximum time, and there is no risk in having longer sessions.

How do you identify the poles of the magnets?

Only the north face is identified by an engraved N. By default, the unmarked side is the south pole.
