How to use: Place the tips of your right hand or foot on the North polarity (side marked with an N) and the tips of your left hand or foot on the South polarity (unmarked side). Hold the position for several minutes to let the energy circulate.

As magnets are bi-polar, the same magnet has both a North and a South face: each magnet will have a North face marked with the N and the other face will therefore be the South face. Just like a coin has a heads and tails side.

How do I use this energy box?

Place the tips of the right hand or foot on the North polarity (side marked with the N) and the tips of the left hand or foot on the South polarity (unmarked side). Hold the position for several minutes to let the energy circulate.

Respect the basic principle of separating the upper and lower parts of the body at the waist, as well as the body's natural polarities, with the north pole on the right and the south pole on the left.

• For the upper body, place the fingers of the right hand on the north side of one magnet and the fingers of the left hand on the south side of the other magnet, thumbs not touching.
• For the lower body, place the tip of your right foot on the north side of one magnet and the tip of your left foot on the south side of the other magnet.
• For the middle of the body, alternate a hands and feet session.
• For the whole body, you can do the same as for the middle or do a session with the right hand on the north of one magnet and the left foot on the south of the other magnet, or vice versa, i.e. the south under the left hand and the north under the right foot.
