Autumn arrived very quickly this year. The sudden drop in temperature, the repeated bouts of rain and the dwindling days tend to make us tired and dampen our spirits.
We've put together a little weekly programme to revitalise you and help you regain all your energy so you can enjoy the season to the full!

ON THE PROGRAM,

Monday - A gentle wake-up call with breathing exercises

In the morning, before getting out of bed, it's a good idea to take 5 minutes to breathe deeply and visualise your goals for the day. This simple gesture helps to start the day with greater calm and mental clarity.

Tuesday - A comforting herbal tea

Instead of the usual coffee, an infusion of fresh ginger, cinnamon and a little honey can bring warmth and vitality to your morning. This simple, tasty recipe stimulates the body while soothing the digestive system.

Wednesday - A revitalising walk in the countryside

Take 30 minutes out of your day for a short walk in a park or natural area, to breathe in the fresh air, oxygenate your brain and recharge your batteries by observing the changing colours of autumn.

Thursday - A cold shower for a boost

The technique of taking a cold shower after a hot one, for about 30 seconds, can instantly wake up the body and give a lasting boost of energy for the day. Nordic countries are fond of this technique and praise its benefits.

Friday - Revitalising micro-nap

In the early afternoon, a 15-minute micro-nap will quickly recharge your batteries. Even this brief moment of rest can help restore energy and concentration for the rest of the day.

We've designed this programme to fit easily into your daily routine. The activities and practices proposed will only take you a few minutes a day and will give you that beneficial, revitalising boost every day.
Of course, you're free to adapt the programme to suit your schedule, just remember to devote 15 to 30 minutes a day to your well-being - you'll be amazed at the results!
