Foot reflex points
This concept originated in Japan. The Japanese call the feet their second heart. Reflex points for many of the body's organs come together here. The patches are thought to stimulate the body's regeneration processes during sleep.
Detox is a natural purification process. The toxins accumulated in your body are destroyed and excreted by several organs known as emunctories: the kidneys, liver, intestines, lungs and skin. Depending on your metabolism, toxins caused by tobacco, air, stress, heavy metals, food, cosmetics or even medicines will be eliminated more or less quickly.
Detoxifying your body
Here are a few tips for detoxifying your body all year roun
- Eat foods rich in antioxidants, such as fresh, organic, pesticide-free fruit and vegetables, and drink herbal teas made from plants such as black radish, turmeric, artichoke, dandelion, meadowsweet, rosemary, fennel, milk thistle, birch or fumitory.
- Drink plenty of water, magnetised of course, at least 1.5 litres a day.
- Carry out a detox cure with Pedilys detox patches at each change of season, in case of excess or if you are taking medication.
How vitality patches work
A bit like the roots of a tree that fetch water to bring it to the leaves. The active ingredients contained in the pads activate perspiration. This allows toxins to be absorbed into the bag, which has turned black by the time you wake up.
Made from natural ingredients (tourmaline, with its revitalising effects, and bamboo vinegar, with its purifying effects), they are attached to the arch of the foot just before going to bed and left to rest overnight.
A detox cure allows the body to eliminate accumulated toxins, but should not be considered as a weight-loss diet.

Après trois semaines d’utilisation, il y a eu un peu de mieux … donc soit j’étais vraiment chargé depuis ma dernière cure avec un autre produit, soit les patch ne sont pas assez puissants…
