Malheureusement mes douleurs sont trop intenses pour que cette ceinture soit efficace à 100%. Discopathie dégénérative +arthrose. J aurais peut-être dû la porter dès les 1ers symptômes. Elle est très discrète et ne gêne pas dans les mouvements au travail ce qui est très pratique.
