The softness of organic cotton
This undyed, GMO-free yarn is hypoallergenic and perfectly suited to delicate skin. The knit is stretchable in all directions and adapts perfectly to your elbow. Latex-free. It is also breathable.

Wearing the magnetic elbow support correctly
Suitable for both right and left elbows, the organic cotton magnetic elbow support is designed to be worn every day, for a few hours or all day, depending on your needs. You can also wear it at night. It can also be worn day and night if necessary.
How to use: Put on the magnetic elbow support and centre the point of the elbow.
Relieves elbow arthritis and tendonitis
The organic cotton magnetic elbow support provides fast, effective relief for all types of pain, old or new, such as tendonitis, osteoarthritis, traumatic or post-operative after-effects or rheumatism.

Epicondylitis is the most common condition, causing pain in the elbow due to damage to the tendons of the forearm muscles that attach to the epicondyle. It occurs as a result of repeated and intensive harmful movements of the arm and hand. Epicondylitis is a musculoskeletal disorder of the upper limb. It is characterised by pain in the elbow, due to damage to the tendons that attach certain forearm muscles to the epicondyle of the humerus.

très efficace, tient bien place. Si vous êtes proches en dimensions de la taille supérieure, plutôt prendre la taille au-dessus sinon vous vous sentirez comprimés.

J'ai acheté cette coudière pour soigner mon épicondylite que j'ai depuis le mois de janvier. Malgré les séances d'ondes de choc (très douloureux), je n'étais pas complètement guérie et la coudière achetée en pharmacie ne me soulageait pas. Au contraire elle me comprimait !!! J'ai donc gardé la coudière jour et nuit pendant deux semaines, ne l'élevant que 1h matin et soir. Depuis je la garde la nuit. Et dans la journée, seulement quand je fais un effort soutenu avec mon bras. Je suis très satisfaite car même s'il reste une certaine sensibilité au niveau du coude (mais pas douloureux au touché), je me sens plus à l'aise avec mon bras. Personnellement, j'en parle autour de moi car le résultat est à la hauteur de mes attentes !
