Capsules faciles a porter via des vêtements compatibles ou avec des sangles velcro que j'avais déjà. On peut les disposer près des zones enflammées tout en regardant un film et c'est facile a enlever. J'ai quasiment guéris ou très fortement diminué une tendinite a l'épaule (j'ai un travail physique qui la solicite bcp) qui m'ennuyais depuis 4 mois. C'est vraiment pratique et efficace.
