Pratique car occultant mais les amants n’appuient pas sur la peau ! Est ce que ça diminue l’efficacité?

Le masque est bien opaque mais son contour est trop dur et cela m'empêche de dormir sur les côtés droit ou gauche ou sur le ventre. Donc je ne sais pas si il aurait pu avoir un impact sur mon sommeil.
