Les bagues glissent autour du gros orteil et finissent par blesser lorsque l’on marche..de plus je les ai perdues en retirant les soquettes..elles ont fini dans le lave-linge..dommage !

Ces bagues ne sont pas faites pour être portées tout le temps mais 15 à 20 minutes avant les repas ou en cas d'envie de grignoter. Il est normal que ça vous fasse "mal" au niveau du point d'appui.
